Creating Great Websites
When building a custom website, High Tech Services’ goals are the following: Keep it simple, easy to navigate, and give it a fresh look that reflects your business. Nowadays, people use all types of devices to view websites. Many of these devices are smaller – such as iPads, Tablets, and Smartphones. Your website will be designed so that it displays correctly on these.
There are many times that the owner of the business wants the ability to do their own basic updating of text and images to their own website without having to contact the website designer (me). So “Content Management System” (or CMS) is the solution. It allows for you to login and update what you want. It is easy to learn and do once I have given you a few one-on-one tutorials.
Whenever possible, I like to visit your place of business to get a real grasp as to what you and your business is all about. With your permission, digital photos are taken to help with selecting a color scheme for the website. If it’s not possible to visit your place of business, a phone meeting with you will suffice. Since High Tech Services is located in Whitefish Montana, I can serve the Flathead Valley area.
Goals are discussed and ideas are exchanged. At that point a demonstration web page (template) is created for your review. Before moving on, any changes you requested are made and shown to you for final approval. Then it’s time to create all the additional pages based on this template and add all the final text and images. Finally, the entire website is uploaded to the Internet and your website is launched to the world.
Even though this process seems simple, there are numerous details that will be thought of and taken care of by High Tech Services. Here are a few websites I’ve done:
